AB Gladsaxe will face Thisted FC in the next two matches. The first match will take place tomorrow, Sunday, May 14, 2023, at home at Gladsaxe Stadion at 2:00 p.m. Seven days later, the trip will take place in Nordjylland, where the return match will be held at Sparekassen Thy Arena (Lerpytter) on Sunday, May 21, at 2:00 p.m. Tomorrow, there will be free admission for citizens of Gladsaxe – tickets must be collected at www.boldbillet.dk , where a ticket fee of DKK 5 must be paid. Remember to show your health card at the entrance.
AB has had a good run at Thisted FC this season and has collected 6 points in the two matches. The first match in October in Thisted was won by AB 2-1. It also resulted in a 2-1 victory for AB in the last match of the autumn season at Gladsaxe Stadium.
However, it will take a completely different performance than in the match against B93 last weekend to get the third victory.
Thisted FC lost their last match 4-1 at home in Thisted. Neither team has any players in quarantine.
In the table, Thisted FC occupies 6th place, and AB 5th place, so neither of the two teams has had a flying start in the Promotion Game.
The match will be refereed by Casper Thorsøe Jr.
Simon Ervolder Andresen says before the match: “It’s another home match at Gladsaxe Stadium, and there is free admission for the city’s citizens, so we hope for great support. We have had a really good week of training. The players have reacted really well to last Sunday’s defeat. We have evaluated and watched video. We will come out with a different attitude: We will present ourselves better than we did against B93, both in our mentality, expression, attitude and approach. If we can do that, we also believe in three points.”
