Training match against FA 2000 Saturday at 13.45
AB Gladsaxe will play the 5th training match on Saturday ahead of the tournament start in March. This time the trip goes to Frederiksberg, where FA2000 will host. The match will be played at Frederiksberg Idrætspark, Sønderjyllands Alle 4 2000 Frederiksberg, and the referee will blow the whistle at 13:45. FA2000 entered the winter break in 3rd place in the 3rd division, so it’s a competent opponent that awaits AB. FA2000 drew 1-1 in their last training match against Brønshøj. AB lost last Thursday against HB Køge after wins in the four previous training matches. So the stage is set for an exciting training match and this time with spectator access. Head coach Patrick Birch Braune says: “We have to play a match against FA 2000. They’ve had a really good window where they’ve brought in some reinforcements, so it’s a really strong team we’re facing. We need to go out and plug some of the holes that we exposed in the last training match. Right now we have a small squad, it’s two games right next to each other and that will of course affect the game plan a bit.
