AB Gladsaxe held on to the good training results, as the team today won 3-1 against Næstved Boldklub in Maglemølle Storhallen in Næstved. It was the 3rd win in a row!
From the start of the match to the final whistle, AB played a good game with a lot of good and fast game. Although start The eleven during the 2nd half was completely replaced, then the level certainly did not drop.
In AB’s starting line-up, it was Marcus Bobjerg on goal. In central defence was Adrien Koudelka and Noah Ibsen. On the right side of the defence, Mikkel Nielsen was placed, and on the left side Rasmus Brodersen. The central midfield consisted of Søren Ilsøe and Àgúst Hlynsson. On the edges O’Vonte Mullings and Yushi Yamaya. At the top, Noah Engell Christensen and Marco Ramkilde played, who also wore the captain’s armband.
The match started at a breakneck pace, not least from AB’s page. The first half was also just under two minutes in, when Yushi Yamaya tackled the ball in the middle of the field, Marco Ramkilde got hold of it and ran straight towardsthe goal and scored nicely to the lead of 1-0.
The players found each other well and the combinations flowed. The defense stood well throughout the game, and they were very attentive and careful.
Næstved was lurking in quick transitions. After 37 minutes lost AB the ball in a build-up, and Næstved countered. Næstved’s Angelo Nehme ran towards goal and equalized to 1-1, without the defense being able to do anything.
From the start of the 2nd half, Albert Gaub took over-Jacobsen the goal. After 10 minutes of playing time in the 2nd half, AB made nine substitutions as the half progressed. Ægir Jarl came on the field Jónasson, Steven Simpson, Mikkel Brund, Yael Liesdek, Frederik Lindgaard, Tobias Hageltorn, Noah Maale, Noah Poulsen, Alfred Horup, Lulian Jakupi.
After the break, AB continued the good play, and again it was a good pair with Yushi Yamaya on the edge with a really good cross in the box to Marco Ramkilde, who put a foot on, but the ball ended up very close to the goal.
Næstved got a free kick in the middle of AB’s goal and close to the goal area, but the shot hit AB’s wall.
There were several chances, and it turned into good finishes from distance from Àgúst Hlynsson and Lulian Jakupi, who had two really good finishes a few minutes apart.
After 32 minutes, Steven Simpson found Frederik Lindgaard, who dribbled into the box and was felled. The referee awarded a penalty, which Frederik Lindgaard himself shot safely into the goal for f Øcall at 2-1.
At the end of the match, Tobias Hageltorn received a A speech from the left side. He took the ball around, and in the same movement he cannoned the ball at the finish line for the final score 3-1. It must be one of the better goals seen in a long time in Storhallen.
Head coach Joey Gudjonsson was very pleased with the game and the victory. However, he would have liked to have seen more goals now that there were chances to do so.
“Overall, I’m very happy with the game. We play from the back and are positive. Næstved scores a goal, and of course it’s not a good situation, but we quickly returned to our gameplan.
We created a lot of good opportunities, and in the 1st half we should have scored more goals, I think. The last pass was several times a little behind or was a bit too slow.
Wemade a lot of substitutions in the 2nd half, but even with those changes we continued our play and there was good energy.
The young U19 players did really well against a physically good team. It is very good that we can make more changes without losing our GamePlan. It can sometimes be difficult to stay in a good rhythm, but they fought well with great fight and energy. Chances were created and we could also have scored more goals in the 2nd half.
Our goalkeepers didn’t have much to do today and I don’t remember them having a single save. There was only when Næstved scored, but Bobjerg couldn’t do anything. But we have to play it safe so that we don’t get a conversion against us.”
The next friendly match will be on Saturday 15 February 2025 at 14:00 against FA 2000 in Frederiksberg.
