The league’s no. 2 visiting

Another top team awaits AB Gladsaxe when Aarhus Fremad visits Gladsaxe Stadium on Friday 7 June 2024 at 19:00. Aarhus Fremad is in 2nd and thus in the promotion place to the 1st division with 59 points.
The last game at home at Riisvangen was lost by Aarhus Fremad with 3-0 to Middelfart, FC Roskilde is currently in 3rd place with 56 points. A highly motivated Aarhus Fremad team must therefore be expected at Gladsaxe Stadium on Friday evening. It must be a game that they must get points out of at all costs to keep the promotion place.

On the contrary, it is also expected, that AB is highly motivated after the dip in Esbjerg last week, where AB had to go home with a 60 defeats in the bag. It is et results, there will be revenge against Aarhus Fremad. Last match between de Two teams ended with a 10 win for Aarhus Fremad at Riisvangen in May. It was a very Intensive struggle, but where AB was not at all at the level in the first 25-30 minutes. They were given not set the game, were stressed, and the high pressure game they work not. Towards the end of the half, AB gets a much better grip on the game, And it continues in the 2nd half, where the team gets SK ABT 4-5 really good scoring chances.
The match will be refereed by Frida Mia Klarlund. Deniz Yurdakul and Yasin Seker are on the lines.

After Thursday’s practice, head coach Joey Gudjonsson said: “I think it’s a good game for us. We played against Esbjerg last week, and it was a really tough and difficult game. According to the statistics, it was not a 6-0 game. We were unlucky and made some mistakes. At the beginning of the game with the score 0-0 and 0-1, we had many opportunities that we can exploit better. I hope that with this week’s training, we can play with the things we also wanted to play with against Esbjerg.

We have to defend ourselves by putting more pressure. In the build-up of the attack, we have to play better with the ball. We have to create more chances by playing through Aarhus Fremad and sometimes also playing behind them and thereby creating chances. We play at home, so we have to create the game and show our fans that we have worked hard and can play aggressively. We have to play with our hearts.
Aarhus Fremad covers man-man, so we have to be careful not to play into their pressure. We have to be good one on one. They are good when attacking. Their stats show that they are very good at playing on the last part of the pitch, and that they have most of their passes there. We must be good at averting this. They play a lot of long balls, and also want to play behind us.”

Rasmus Brodersen is looking forward to the match: “We are looking forward to playing in front of our fantastic home crowd and fans, who have supported us exemplaryt all season. We really want to finish properly at home, so we are going for all three points.
We also want to take revenge from last week’s game in Esbjerg. 6-0 sounds violent T, but we actually had some nice moments in the game that we need to have staged even more. We must also try to make a clean Sheet. We have to face a really good playing team that is playing for promotion. So it’s a final for them, but we want to win every game so it will probably be an exciting match“.
