A very disappointed head coach said after the game.
“It’s hard to say anything, but it went well for us in the first half hour with high pressure and great energy. We could have scored there three goal, but we didn’t. We must tte pull us further back, and our gamechanges , among other things, when Marco hasto go out. Næstved change They in their line-up up front, where they played with three and not with two, as they had done until then. But we had every opportunity to score, but we didn’t succeed,” concludes head coach Joey Gudjonsson.
CaptainSøren Ilsøe was also frustrated after the game.
“I almost feel like there’s a curse about it. It is as if the goal is smaller for us and greater for them.
We have three to four hundred percent chances in the 1st half, and we don’t even get to send them inside the frame, so we don’t get to test their goalkeeper. It’s very frustrating, because we have everything in the 1st half, and then it will be a slightly more even game in the 2nd half.
They make a few changes for the 2nd half, where thee gets on the ball a little more. The only thing they get close to with it, are corner kicks and long throw-ins.
I think we have a good handle on them over 90 minutes, but we don’t score our goals – theydo. Despite that, there is still optimism and enthusiasm in the squad for the upcoming matches.” concludes Søren Ilsøe.
The last home game before the winter break will be played on Saturday 9 November at 14:00 at Gladsaxe Stadium, where the opponent is Fremad Amager.
