Closed training match against HB Køge on Thursday
AB Gladsaxe will face HB Køge in a training match in Køge on Thursday, February 9, 2023. HB Køge has chosen to close the training match and thus play it without spectators.
HB Køge winters in seventh place in the NordicBet league, and the team has just returned from training camp in Turkey with a final 2-0 victory over Östersund FK. This is HB Køge’s last training match before their season starts on February 17. AB had a weekend off last weekend. Head coach Patrick Birch Braune says: “HB Køge comes home from training camp and will play their last training match before the start of the season against us. We still have one training period left before our season starts. So there’s a training opponent who is a bit different from us in their dosage. They need to be there now. It will be a super cool opponent for us. We have to go out and stand on our toes against someone who is ready to perform. HB Køge is just an incredibly good team with a strong organization. So there are some qualities we’re up against. We look forward to matching ourselves against them.
