AB Gladsaxe and striker Asger Højmark-Jensen have agreed to end their collaboration with immediate effect.
After a spring season, where the 27-year-old striker managed to play 10 games in the AB jersey, Højmark-Jensen has now chosen to leave the club and seek new challenges elsewhere.
“I would like to send an extra thank you to all my teammates, the entire coaching staff and all the fans for a good time at the club. It has been an experience that has been rewarding both as a footballer and as a person,” says Højmark-Jens , who joined the club in January 2023.
“We have been happy to have Asger at the club, and he has been a good addition to the squad. However, there has been tough competition in the offensive positions, which has meant that he has not played any more. Therefore, it makes good sense for both parties that he is given the opportunity to seek new challenges. We wish Asger all the best in the future and thank him for his efforts here at AB”, says Erik Stover.
