AB says goodbye to Flamur Dzelili

Akademisk Boldklub A/S says goodbye to winger Flamur Dzelili by mutual agreement.

AB’s head coach, Joey Gudjonsson, thanks Dzelili for his efforts: “I would like to thank Flamur for our time together. His always energetic attitude and good humor will be missed. I wish him all the best in the future.”

The 25-year-old Swede joined the club in January 2024 in a move from Jönköpings Sódra IF. He has played 24 games and scored 4 goals for AB.

In addition, winger Malte Melin and full-back Daniel Jacobsen have also left the club during the winter break.

“We appreciate the hard work and professionalism Flamur, Malte and Daniel have shown as players in our club. It is only natural that they want to find a club where there are greater opportunities to get playing time,” says AB’s sporting director, Jen Chang.
