AB Gladsaxe and 21-year-old midfielder Mark Garly Pedersen have signed a contract.
Garly Pedersen comes from Næstved BK, which he joined as a 2nd year U17. He has played U19, where Næstved’s team, like AB, plays in the division. In the winter start of 2022, Mark was promoted to Næstved BK’s NordicBet Liga squad, and here he managed to play 14 NordicBet Liga matches for Næstved BK before he now has signed a contract with AB.
After signing the contract, Mark Garly Pedersen said: “I think it’s a good opportunity for me to come to AB and work on developing myself more as a senior player. I’m really looking forward to meeting my teammates and the coaching team. It will probably take some time before the whole squad is completely integrated, but I’m sure we will all do a good job on the training pitch.”
Head coach David Roufpanah says: “Garly is the definition of a team player. He has a great understanding of football and can follow and execute a game plan. He also has an impressive work rate. He is a versatile passer who can find space. He also brings good experience with him from the NordicBet League.”
