AB Gladsaxe are pleased to announce the signing of Daniel A. Pedersen on a three-year contract. The midfielder brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team, having previously played for several major clubs in both Denmark and Norway. Pedersen has previously played for both the league national team and the U21 national team.
In the Danish Superliga, Pedersen has appeared in 116 matches for Silkeborg and 87 matches for AGF. In the Eliteserien in Norway, Pedersen played 36 matches for SK Brann, where he was also captain, and 43 matches for Lillestrøm. In addition, he also played for Orange County SC in the USA, where he is listed for 42 matches.
About the move, Daniel A. Pedersen says: “I have lived abroad for the last 6 years, so I am really looking forward to coming home to Danish football. I was in Parken when AB played against Silkeborg in the cup final in 2001, so I know that it is a club that belongs in Danish top football.”
