AB Gladsaxe extends with Alessio Alicino
AB Gladsaxe and 21-year-old midfielder Alessio Alicino have extended the current agreement that was due to expire this summer. Alessio’s contract has been extended by one year until the summer of 2024. The creative and technically skilled Alessio has been part of the club since he was 14 years old. He was previously part of AS Roma’s youth academy. He made his debut for AB against Hillerød back in August 2020 and has since been a regular in the squad. Alessio’s creative skills have made him an important part of the team’s successful fall season. “He is a strong contributor to the team and his presence on the pitch has a positive effect on the rest of the team. We look forward to seeing Alessio continue to grow as a player and be a part of our club.” says head coach Patrick Birch Braune. Alessio Alicino himself says about the decision to extend with AB: “I feel really good at AB. I enjoy the good momentum that the team is in right now. There are many positive things happening around the club and it’s a project I really want to be part of.”
