AB Gladsaxe plays its first training match in the series of training matches leading up to the season resumption in March. It is the first training match out of 6 when Hvidovre IF visits Skovdiget on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 13.00 Hvidovre IF is in second place in the NordicBet League during the winter break, so AB will be facing a competent opponent. This is Hvidovre IF’s second training match in the start-up. In the first training match, Hvidovre lost 3-2 to the Superliga team from Lyngby. Head coach Patrick Braune says ahead of the match: “We will face Hvidovre and it will be the first training match. It’s a really strong opponent that has done really well – just like ourselves, but on a higher shelf. It’s early in the season and there will be trial players on both teams. The result is not the most important thing in such a match. But nevertheless, it’s important to test ourselves against some teams that have high quality. Therefore, we hope that we can pick up the pace and set a standard for the rest of our start”.
